We are going to be disabling it for improvements tonight, April 15, no later than 23:59 PDT.
We will be retaining the policy for vehicle restores (briefly: special tanks can be restored once every 180 days and premium tanks within 72 hours), but we will be handling request through the support system. Did you really just sell that amazing Premium vehicle? Don't panic! Now, you can get your vehicle back into the action, and fast.

Using our Premium vehicle recovery service, you can restore your lost Premium vehicles straight to your Garage. You can even get your unique gift tanks back! This new process eliminates the need to submit a ticket to support and means that you'll be back in fighting shape quicker than ever.

Along with this service, we're introducing a new policy on the restoration of Premium vehicles. You'll have 72 hours to restore any accidentally-sold Premium vehicle. This process can be completed for an unlimited number of vehicles, provided timely use of the tool. You can also restore any number of unique, gift vehicles one time every 180 days per vehicle.

The Premium vehicle recovery system is currently in beta; we'll be looking for your feedback as we roll it out. Our hope is that this new service will empower you to recover quickly from an accidental Premium vehicle sale. For a more detailed treatment of this new feature, take a look at this article.

Tankers!

Bring out your tier VI and get ready for some 5 vs 5 action! This time, however, the battlefield will be selected at random from a pool of six maps: Widepark, Ensk, Himmelsdorf, Cliff, Mines and Ruinberg on Fire!

Skirmishes now have three days of group play (Monday through Wednesday) followed by a playoff (Friday through Sunday). Teams can choose to play only in the weekend playoff or participate in group play for better seeding and greater prizing.

After completing group play, a standings table will sort all teams across all groups based on points earned against points possible. Prizes are awarded at completion of group play to teams finishing in the top half of the standings who also qualify for the Alpha Playoff. All remaining teams qualify for the Bravo Playoff!

Alpha Playoff

This playoff consists of the top 50% of group play teams who will play for a larger prize pool. Group play performance will determine playoff seeding.

Bravo Playoff

This playoff consists of all the remaining teams and includes those teams registered solely for the weekend. These teams will compete for a smaller prize pool and the playoff brackets are not seeded.

Both the Alpha and Bravo Playoffs will use multiple brackets holding a maximum of 16 teams. As such, multiple winners are awarded prizes for their standing in their respective bracket.

Teams and players may only register once for the skirmish.

NA or EUNE
But I would recommend NA, it is defiantly the best. Riot pays a lot more attention to the NA server.
Eune is good, has some good players but has a lot of ragers,feeders etc. too :/
Euw doesn't have that many ragers and feeders but its server is down A LOT!
