    I'm already change resolution to 1360x1024 (max i can), disabled all themes and visual effects and overclocked graphic card !

    I have native resolution of my monitor only 1280x1024, but i need higher resolution.Can i do something? I have latest driver from 2006.y.My monitor is Samsung SyncMaster 913n.

    It sounds like your adjusting Windows settings? Don't bother with them much. Adjust LoL's settings. Start disabling things in LoL's visual settings until it runs better... if everything is off and it's still not where you want it then lower the resolution of the game. If you've done all that then your computer just can't do it and unfortunately nothing will fix that except a better computer.

    I really doubt there is anything you'll be able to do to get 10-35 more FPS that doesn't involve lowering the games settings. You shouldn't have to lower it much especially if you're already at Max settings, maybe just turn down shadows or something.

    No, a screens resolution is it's resolution. It's measuring the pixels the monitor has, you can't add pixels. You'd have to buy a higher resolution monitor to have a higher resolution.
