    indeed, the dash was making him TOO safe, it is a good thing they removed it.

    well, for how long has lee been one of the most played 5 champions in the game? he is just very strong combined with his high mobility, i dont know how much this will impact him, but im not sure if he really needs this nerf as i dont really see him as an overpowered champion. maybe they just want to free up some space lee is occupying for other champions...which is fine with me...

    I agree, same champs are always played, but i think that ROTIshould buff weaker champs not making good champs useless. Graves will be now 1 of the top tear champs couse this buff, i bet he will replace lucian as soon patch arrive

    well, not all older/weaker champions necessarily are in need of a straight buff. some could use a few ability tweaks to bring them in line with the newer champs. they could change taric's passive / shatter / ult for something more interesting (not all of them) since he has just one ability that is noteworthy (stun) the rest feel like filler. just an example, but yea, there are those that use some simple buffs, maybe zyra, ashe, garen, viktor. its getting boring looking at the same champions over and over again.
    i have no idea why they wont look at viktor, they made a fundamental flaw in his kid (his useless passive that turns out to be a weakness more then anything) and its been over a year since they mentioned they are going to add another upgrade to his personal item and they didnt do anything. is it THAT hard to put it ingame? they already said they have the upgrades finished but not released...

    RITO dont wana balance LOL as game, their main goal is to balance LCS, every champ who is good they nerf him, only couse pro players played it, like soraka, lulu, ive played soraka midd since s2 and she was op, but know when she came up to LCS as midd or top, epic dmg nerf. Viktor is good chamo i think dat RITO should put The Hex Core as trinket, like rengars necklaces, and he may be playable again
