    Russian Q&A with developers from WG, done by EU player Silentstalker, on his blog "For the Record"

    - Storm states that unfortunately, the developers didn’t manage to make the HD camouflage cover the wheels
    - according to Storm, in order to be implemented, roaming needs “various things – no commentâ€
    - World of Tanks art is actively outsourced
    - the combat gameplay as a whole will definitely not be completely reworked, as it is one of the pillars of the game
    - the problem of T-44-85 is that WG needs a tier 8 premium tank, not tier 7
    - the T-54 Model 1945 (Soviet prem MT8) will not “be a 100 percent Super Pershing copyâ€
    - Object 906 is too modern for World of Tanks, “it’s not worth it torturing ourselves with nerfing it to WoT levelsâ€
    - the skill of players who play the vehicle in question is taken into account when looking at the balancing of the said vehicle


    - Garage battles? “No comments for nowâ€
    - Chinese tank destroyers and arty are unlikely to come before 2015
    - IS-4 with D-25T: “IS-4 in real life had ONLY the D-25T, it is not possible to make it without itâ€
    - M6A2E1 “Alien†will be buffed soon
    - there will likely not be a premium medium French tank connected with the AMX-30 branch
    - Storm: the armored cars and halftracks are considered, but the biggest fear is that noone would play them
    - Storm adds that it’s possible the FV215b (120) will not be completely scrapped (as in, it might return in some form later), but he adds he can’t say exactly for now
    - it’s possible the developers will rebalance skills and perks
    - no buff for Super Pershing is planned
    - soon, AFKers and leavers from battle will be punished
    - Jagdpanzer E-100 Krokodil will not be implemented: “rear casemate version is more logical†(SS: yes, even this ancient stuff starts to crawl out of woodwork once again)
    - PvE in WoT: “We are thinking how to do it properly. For now we haven’t thought of anything yet.â€
    - US T54 (without autoloader) and T95 Medium Tank in WoT? “I cannot say exactly whenâ€
    - it’s possible Havok will bring more tank customization
    - Sturmtiger and RBT-5: “Both are unfortunately impossible to balanceâ€, but it’s possible they might appear as PvE vehicles (bots)
    - developers haven’t discussed an option where premium tanks would get “unlocked†for gold and from that point on, they could be bought or sold for credits, they will look at it and analyze it for potential issues
    - new Soviet voiceover might come this year
    - patch 9.3 will be “pretty largeâ€
    - alternative vertical research tree will not be implemented
    - Havok ETA? “No promises for now, so I don’t spoil itâ€
    - tank customization will not come with Havok, but later
    - for now, the WG personal rating is finalized
    - HD IS-3 will come in 9.4
    - there is no place for ASU-57 and ASU-85
    - more tier 10 buffs? “no promisesâ€
    - gold ammo will not be removed
    - special server for bad players will not be created
    - lowtier arty buff is not planned for now
    - punishments for AFK players are planned
    - 9.3 will bring some positive stuff for light tanks
    - premium tank for Japan is planned
    - developers decided not to nerf (or do anything with) gold shells
    - multiturret and multigun mechanism: “The problem is, these influence only a very small amount of tanks. That’s why we aren’t doing them for nowâ€
    - developers are planning to add the function where you will see which of your friends are currently in combat
    - more post-war camouflages will not be added
    - retraining crewmembers to different role (SS: radioman to driver for example): medium future
    - no special mod profiles are planned (SS: as in, players being able to switch all mods on or off within the client)
    - Q: “Why doesn’t WG use sound mods, for example by Gnomefather?†A: “Because we are trying to make the new sounds in good quality and not download crap from youtubeâ€
    - more measures to lessen the load on processor and shift it to GPU will be taken
    - fixing the “disappearing decals†bug has low priority
    - M48A1 will not be buffed
    - top players of losing team will get noextra special rewards (apart from the “courageous resistanceâ€)
    - Chieftain will be a heavy tank
    - there are plans to rework the Sixth Sense
