    - the punishment for a teamkiller who would get worse MM than normal players will not be implemented (difficult to implement)

I would punish them with ban 10 days for each kill

    Vehicle Overview
The G.W. E 100 is one of the most dreaded opponents you can face in Tier X battles. The reason for this is that it can hit hard and it can hit wide. The 21 cm Mörser 18/2 gun this vehicle is equipped with offers a good balance between high alpha damage, rate of fire, and accuracy. Moreover, the splash radius of the HE shells is also quite broad, allowing you to damage enemies even if your shell doesn’t land spot-on. In the right hands, this piece of artillery can inflict some serious pain upon the enemy team, and severely cripple their key assets.

The major disadvantage of the G.W E 100 is its gargantuan size. Being based on an E 100 chassis, this SPG is something you simply cannot miss, even if you stand with your back to it. As a result, its camouflage values are horrible, and being spotted by enemy light tanks is a serious threat in any game. Moreover, this mountain of a vehicle is annoyingly slow and cumbersome, and words such as “swift†and “nimble†do not mean anything to it. As a result, if you’re spotted and/ or there is an enemy scout rushing towards you, you can forget about any chance of escaping. Finally, despite its qualities, the gun itself is cursed with a very narrow horizontal arc. As a result, you need to be very careful not to move your hull during aiming, lest you reset your aiming circle.

While playing, your first priority is to stay away from any enemy vehicle as far as possible – it’s easy to spot you and if that happens, you can expect a lot of lead flying your way. To avoid that, you should find yourself a remote spot, possibly at the edge of the map – don’t worry, your exceptional range will still allow you to cover pretty much the entire map, regardless of your position. Secondly, if there are multiple SPGs on the enemy team, you should always assume that at least one of them will try to counter you. Therefore make sure to relocate after each shot, even if trying to make this steel crate budge is making you cringe. Remember that you are big and without much armour protection, so counter-artillery fire is a major threat to you. Thirdly, try to avoid switching between flanks too often and use the X button on your keyboard while aiming – this way you’ll ensure no involuntary movement of the hull will take place.

Last but not least, consider carrying a couple of AP shells with you. These have very good penetration values, so using them can result in a bigger damage output than if using HE shells only. However, if you decide to switch to AP, keep in mind that these shells still behave similarly to the ones fired from normal tanks. This means that they can bounce off angled surfaces or destroy enemy modules with zero-damage critical hits. Also, there will be no splash upon impact, so only direct hits can be considered effective. When firing AP shells, concentrate primarily on stationary or immobilised vehicles, especially those you can hit in the side. You can completely forget moving targets, though – keeping in mind the shell’s travel time at the distances you will be working with and the narrow horizontal arc of the gun, hitting a tank in motion directly is extremely difficult. More often than not, attempting such stunts will result in a wasted shot.

Tank Tip: Because of the size, investing in the Camouflage skill and/or Camouflage Net on this vehicle is not advisable, as doing so will not yield any noticeable results. Instead, we suggest learning Firefighting and installing the Superheavy Spall Liner. When in a Tier X battle, you can expect the enemy SPGs to be driven by experienced players, who will definitely try to counter you by observing your tracers. Even though it won’t save you from a direct hit, these measures can reduce the damage taken by the splash if the enemy shell lands near you. Being an open-top vehicle based on the E 100 chassis, this SPG is prone to crew injuries and fires when exposed to High Explosive shells, so it would be wise to minimise the chance of such events.

In order to maximise your performance on the battlefield, we suggest installing the following equipment:

Enhanced Gun Laying Drive Large-Caliber Artillery Shell Rammer Superheavy Spall Liner

I would have to say Rammus, just roll into pit, taunt enemy jungler when baron is low, and smite it, did that so many times, almost always works
