    My opinion
    If u play champ with escape like corki or tirsta use barier, for vayne, kog and jinx heal is better
    Explanation: Barier have 115-455 hp absorb so it is larger then heal (90-345 hp), but heal may be used as escape tool cause 30% MS bonus, unlike vayne, trista can easy jump so she dont need another escape tool

    Could we limit a "A Successful Attack in Ogre Wars"
    Teoreticly its possible to attack every time you get 3 points ...
    3-5 would be fine ... or ?

    Its not possible for all players to attack someone 1o times ...
    Its different ... player who got Offense Rating 600000000 and for a player who got 100000000.
    With bigger Offense rating you can attack maybe 10 ppl with much more lost troops then a player with less off rating ... who can attack every 3 points.
    Hope you understand me what i want to say ... :)
