We have promised you something exciting to come at the end of the month and it’s time for us to deliver. You will now be able to take control of a special Chaffee tank and engage in some fast-paced racing action on the map Port, adapted for this specific purpose!

Here’s a handy summary of the rules and facts about the game mode:

The battle format is 3 vs 3
Players can form platoons of 3 or join in random teams
The racing will take place on the specially modified Port map
Every player who logs in to the game on 29 September will receive a special version of the M24 Chaffee tank, as well as a garage slot.
To win a race, you can either beat the opposing team in rushing to the base and capturing it, or by using intersections and shortcuts to ambush and destroy all enemy vehicles.
Both the tank and the garage slot will disappear once the event is over, but the crew, ammo and any piece of equipment you might have installed will be placed in your barracks and depot respectively.
The Chaffee SPORT will have the elite status from the start, so you can use all XP earned in Tank Racing to train the crew at an accelerated rate
Any surplus XP allocated on the tank at the time of the event’s closure will be transferred to the tier I American light tank, the T1.
The Chaffee SPORT tank can be used in Tank Racing mode only
Playing the Tank Racing game mode can grant you a unique medal: Racer 2014

* Please note that medal will have a counter for your victories on the racing track. The more races you win, the higher the number will get. The counter will be displayed after your second victory (first match won grants a clear medal, second match won adds the number “2†to the medal as a counter, third victory changes the number to “3†etc.) and will display the number of victories in a row. Losing a race will break the series, so if that happens, you will have to win at least as many races as the number by the medal shows +1 to update the counter.

Greetings Commanders!

Wargaming.net is proud to announce that we will be visiting the Parola Tank Museum in Finland on the 18 October 2014. During the day there will be live vehicle demos, guided tours and presentations and the opportunity to go for a ride in BMP Infantry Fighting Vehicle! We will also have a short Q&A session in the afternoon for any questions about our games.

Yeah... Note that the this debate isn't between LoL and WoW, but between MOBAs and MMORPG's.

I'd have to say MMORPG's though. Even though there are several MOBA's that I've really enjoyed, there are probably more MMORPGs that I've enjoyed. Also RPG games have always been my weakness. To control your own character and developing it while completing quests and a story is simply just great. Some developers have done it better than others but all in all, that kind of gameplay is amongst my favorites.
