    Dear Commanders!

As we all know we are coming up to that special time of year when we celebrate with our partners a thing called Valentines Day. So what happens if you don’t have a partner, or you do have a partner but find WoT more appealing than he or she is? Fear naught, we have solution for you!

We all know this special day is about hugging kissing and holding hands blah blah blah ! Why not reach out and share the love you have in World of Tanks right?
We thought about this and came up with a nice special event for you all so we are going to call this competition : Love You To Bits!

So what do you have to do?

Simple! Find the enemy (then red ones, you know the same colour as passion! Unless you're using colour blind mode, then they're the ones who are blue and need hugs) and share your love for them by giving them a big kiss! (Tank to Tank) Face hug them and shoot away (ramming and hugging optional)! Take a screenshot and then share you love with the community!

We will reward the best screenshots with prizes for where we feel the most love is being shared!

So here is a quick recap of the rules:
    • Send your best screenshot of a face hug (with optional ramming, kissing and hugging)
    • Post your image in this topic (entries submitted elsewhere will not count as an entry)
    • Please obey game and forum rules (Breaking those rules will invalidate your entry)
    • All pictures to be taken from random battles
    • Closing date for entries is Thursday, February 28 at 23:59 CET

    Rewards:
    1st Place – 4.000 gold + Bonus code
    2nd place – 3.000 gold + Bonus code
    3rd Place – 2.000 gold + Bonus code
    4th Place – 1.000 gold + Bonus code

I dont agre whit you about gold ammo ban.
It is legal ammunition in the game why would we ban gold ammo from the tournament
finally it s allowed in all major tournaments like the ESL.

"A vs B, 14th february 20h CET, the one that doesn't show up loses the match by default, both don't show up, both lose. Match can be played earlier too, if both players agree on a time prior to this, but not later"this is ok for me.

I also think that gold ammo should be banned. For example if Fox wasnt be using gold last time he would probably lose :D

    Others I agree.

I have one question. Which time we are using in this Event? US or Europe? Most or all participants are from Europe so we are using Europe time?

    Tankers!

The public test for 8.4 is here! Taking part in the public test is your chance to let us know your thoughts and suggestions on forthcoming updates to World of Tanks®. This will allow us to review your feedback and make any further changes before the update goes live. We've got a lot of changes hitting the test server like the addition of British TDs, a new tutorial, and four updated maps.

All World of Tanks® players are eligible to take part in the Public Test as long as they registered before 00:00 PST on February 11, 2013. You don’t need to be an experienced tester to join in; you just need to be willing to try out as many of the new features as you can and send us your feedback.

    How the Public Test Works

To participate in the test you need to do the following steps:

Install a small launcher update found HERE (9.2 МB)
Update World of Tanks® via the launcher (4.5 GB, approximately)

Be sure to install the test game launcher in a different folder, rather than the current game client version. Also, switch off the game client before installing the update. Only players who have registered prior to 00:00 PST February 11, 2013 can participate in the Public Test.

Please, keep in mind certain features of the public test server:

Payments are not accepted on the public test server.
For the first iteration, all test accounts will receive a one-time credit of:
    100,000,000 XP
    100,000,000
    20,000
Progress won't be transferred to the main NA server.
Credits and experience rates will not be increased for this test.

    Scheduled Server Restarts:

World of Tanks® common test cluster: 21:00 PST (05:00 UTC) every even day of the month (2, 4, 6, etc.). Average duration will be around ~25 minutes.

Second iteration: 21:00 PST (05:00 UTC) every uneven day of the month. Average duration will be around ~25 minutes.

Central data base: 19:00 PST(03:30 UTC) every day. Average duration will be around ~2-3 minutes.

Important! NVIDIA video card dirver versions 310.70 & 310.90 may cause client crashes & FPS drop-downs. It is recommended to use driver version 306.97.

my point was too put 2 500 gold (20$ ugc) for the 1 prize becose of google search engine.
remember the blog contest whit the prize bonus code!
how many of the participants come here over google engine!!a lot!

If the prize is $ 20 UGC card and it is.
Then it does not matter whether the recipient of the award is to buy for it 2500 gold on EU server or 3 000 gold on NA server or 4 000 gold on the moon.(sry for the expression)

I think is the best way to tray to bring new competitors.
you must also put TAGS like worldoftanks,gold,2 500,free,premium.

I just hope you do not misunderstand me again!
I just wannt the best for the forum and wot players.

try typing in Google //world of tanks free 2 500 gold
and you'll see what I mean
