As far as I know people still run ARPen quints and marks up top. So the nerf to his ult isn't all that bad.

Ladies and gentlemen (ok, this is probably not going to be seen by any lady, but whatever), may I present to you, the dumbest player in WoT

Now here was the situation. It was about 4 mins before the end of el halouf encounter battle, he got in cap just early enough that if nobody stops the cap, we'd win the game at 00:07 (actually he was in there way before with another tiger but then a Churchill 1 decaped them both and managed to kill one of them while he brought this one down to 147hp) . We had a grille but he was... well, lets say also in contest for dumbest player ever as he spent 5 minutes pointed at a hill so he can shoot nothing) . They had a grille that was out of ammo (which was rather obvious cause he fired 0 shells at the tigers when Churchill came after them) and an afk KV1 (also rather obvious by the fact that he wasn't spotted all 15 mins of the game) . So, easy win at the moment when all you need to do in a tiger is to not get decaped by out of ammo grille? In fact a retarded monkey could win at this point, right? Well, here's what happened to our hero:

I do want to brag about this: My character is a Jester, a class that uses circus-antic style props and skills. One of them is strapping bombs to mice we've brainwashed.

Do you think this needs a nerf i think not teemo is countered with flash and health champs like garen if i know i am gonna be laneing teemo i will insta lock garen and i destroy teemo with garen 90% Of time so this is very effective
