Agreed, ESL got it nicely covered where you are prohibited to go and where can/must you go. It is pretty easy to remember

I would also like to add that instead of 2 weeks we make it a 1 week to enter, reason:
Those who are inactive will stay that way during the tournament, those who are active will replay in 3-5 days for sure.
