tough one they're both good tanks but in a 1v1 the Pz3 would win with its much better speed
It could circle a T-28 and do ~170 damage a hit with a penetration from the derp gun

I voted for T-28 though because I think it's more useful in battle as long as you hide behind allies with it

 

Very debatable but I voted for Medium because I think you have more control of the game since you choose where on the field you want to fight.
In a heavy there's usually a set strategy you have to use and you can get pinned down without enough backup fire.

umm... T82 is obviously stronger because it's tier 3 and T18 is tier 2 but for it's tier a T18 is actually stronger because of it's ridiculous front armour. No other tier 2 can penetrate it.
