Tier V for sure THey have best earning ratio ;D

 

But binoculars makes you to stop and wait to spot. While your tank have 840HP and no armor its not to much smart

 

Thats normal thing in case haveing no exp in tanks building. About video its very interesting and too long for me

Polan there is no Tier 5 TC...

I would have to agree with ufbre, it are rare games when you go to - in T6 TC and you can get more cash than in T4 TC
I like playing T8 TC however it is always barely a plus like 7-9k max and when it goes to minus then it can be ugly xD

 

Well depending on your style of play it isnt bad to have bino.
For example if you want to mix passive& aggressive scouting than i would suggest:
bino,optics,camo

However on higher levels i still think that scout isnt only there to spot but also do some nice dmg. For me perfect example would be amx 13 90 and here is why:

The longer he survives while spotting of course and avoid doing noob suicide spotting the more problematic he will be to enemy. As time goes by with successful spotting enemy team will be nicely damaged either by friendly sniping or arty shots. The longer you survive the more deadlier you become to your enemy due to having incredibly agile and fast tank with awesome auto-loader thus when they are on half HP or better case scenario 1/3 of HP you will rush in, finish fast and go out while taking only 1 shot or maybe non if you do it right and have enough luck for them not to expect you.

Same thing goes for other type of scout, let`s say T-50-2:
With a good game play this scout is probably the most awesome, when time passes by and number of tanks is reduced from 15 to let`s say 10 you can have easier time hunting arty in case he wasnt spotted before for any kind of reasons. Not to mention how hard it is to hit t-50-2 while he is on the move xD

At the end i`ll just say that i would prefer:
optics, vent, VS
cause i prefer smart aggressive play over passive scouting on higher tiers, on lower tiers switch VS for camo/bino
