    Yes, he is. And i would say its even better then T110. Have better armor especialy sides and rear. Also top speed is higher in IS. But T110 can shot faster (6 shots in stead of 5 in IS).

    For me O shots supose to be removed or repaire. How it is possible to shot V tier tank side from 100mm gun and dont even take 1% of helf points. And i hiit it !!!
