    When you see a hellcat or ELC amx, or anything that has very low armor. In those cases, you'll do more damage with HE than you would with AP

    Also, shoot it when enemy tank is down to 0-50 hp and has a lot of armor, 50 guaranteed damage is much better than 400 possible damage in case you don't ding
