What if someone is leaving and they wanna giveaway points to someone who will stay?
And if you knew they werent one person with 2 accounts just 2 friends or 2 random people and one wants to leave can he give his points to other? if not then why not?
For me it is a shame for points to go to waste xD

So ye finding job is still easy xD Point about having anything connected with JAIL in your FILE is that you will have problems later in life as in finding a good job and not being looked at with certain looks from people around you. Nerd-Rage on Internet wont do shit xD

I would suggest making a universal program for reporting. It would work on a way that you HAVE to install it with every game you wanna play and you just open it and put the game extension in it so it will work with it. When the game starts if somebody rages the program will work and chat-ban you for certain amount of time, let`s say 3min. If after 3min you are still full of yourself program will enter your rooter and send your IP address to the company's program/device or either to police and you will get a FINE to pay. If you dont pay in 5-7 days they will come to your house and take your things.
End of story.
It aint hard to do at all, only problem is freedom to speak. Yep i said that "freedom to speak" is a problem because people are just ABUSING it so maybe they should be learnt how it is when you are not allowed to speak whenever you want. And when you learn your manners you can get back you freedom to FREE SPEECH.

Some blame the TV for teaching the kids bad words and anger actions, I blame the parents for not being smart enough to know better then to let kids watch TV for 5h on aggressive programs and then later blame it on TV instead of taking things in their on hands and talking to children. Bad words will always be there but how you raise your kid is what will make him speak all the time or just in certain situation those bad words.

I feel like there should be simple IQ test that will tell you if you are allowed to make kids xD
It will decrease population a lot but it will also eradicate a lot of stupidity in this world xD

With all of the comings and goings on within the Wargaming Universe, we're not sure when you'll be able to find time to join the Public Test server but we hope you will!

How the Public Test Works

To participate in the test you need to do the following steps:

Install a small launcher update found here

Update World of Tanks via the launcher (5.5 GB)

If you have already installed the Public Test game client the launcher will update it to the Public Test 8.7 second iteration automatically


Be sure to install the test game launcher in a different folder, rather than the current game client version. Also, switch off the game client before installing the update. Only players who have registered prior to June 30, 2013 at 05:00 UTC can participate in the Public Test.

Please, keep in mind certain features of the public test server:

Payments are not accepted on the public test server.
For the second iteration, all test accounts will receive a one-time credit of:
100,000,000 XP
100,000,000
20,000
Progress won't be transferred to the main NA server.
Credits and experience rates will not be increased for this test.


Scheduled Server Restarts


Cluster 1 will be restarted each uneven day of the month at 05:00 UTC for approximately 25 minutes
Cluster 2 will be restarted each even day of the month at 05:00 UTC for approximately 25 minutes
Login Server will be restarted every day at 06:00 for approximately 2 minutes

8.7 Public Test Server | General News | World of Tanks

 

Update 8.7 is coming, and it’s time to test the changes! The World of Tanks development team needs to conduct a thorough test and they want you to take part.

The development team want to make the game as good as possible and getting your feedback is a big part of that. Taking part in the public test is your chance to let us know your thoughts and suggestions on forthcoming updates. This means we can review your feedback and make any further changes before the update goes live.

All World of Tanks players are eligible to take part in the public test as long as they registered before 30th June 2013. You don’t need to be an experienced tester to join in; you just need to be willing to try out as many of the new features as you can and send us your feedback!

Added a new German tier VII Premium Tank destroyer, the E-25

How the Public Test Works

When it is time to run a public test, the developers will release a test version of the client. This can be downloaded by following the instructions below. Make sure that you follow all of the instructions carefully, so that you don’t accidentally cause problems to your main play account.

Your test client account will usually be a copy of your play account, meaning that all the vehicles purchased and research that you have completed will be the same. However, please note:

The test account is completely separate to your normal account. Achievements and research that you complete on the test client will not be carried over to your play account.

Financial transactions are not possible on the test server and payments will not be accepted.

Depending on the needs of the test, your test account may be credited with gold, credits or experience.

The test server is subject to the same EULA and general rules as the World of Tanks game server. This means that you still need to play nice, or face the usual consequences just the same as on the official game server.

All test accounts will receive a one-time credit of:
100,000,000 free XP
100,000,000 credits
20,000 Gold

The rate of credits and experience gain will not be increased for this test.



Feedback

Once you have logged into the test client, you are encouraged to play as much or as little as you want. Feel free to try out all the new features and see what you can do!

Once you have been playing for a while, please let us know your feedback by posting to these special forum threads: The first is for bug reports and the second is for general feedback about the test version. The community managers will collect up all your responses on the thread and send them to the developers.

The sort of feedback we are particularly interested in includes:
Any bugs or glitches that you have found in the game. Got stuck in the scenery? Game crashes when you do a certain action? Tell us all about it!
Honest feedback about vehicles and game mechanics. If you think something doesn’t function well, then please tell us.
Anything you particularly like? Do you love the new stats for a previously underpowered vehicle? Confirm to the developers that the community is now satisfied with that feature, letting them focus on other new improvements.



How to Join the Public Test

Eager to get going? Follow the instructions below to join the test!
1. Download the test client installer.
2. Make sure you pick a save location that is different to your regular World of Tanks game files. Save and run the installer. (9.2 MB)
3. Run the new copy of the game. The launcher will download all the additional data (4.5 GB).
4. Log in and start playing. Remember to post your feedback to this forum thread.



Please be aware of the following:

In order to make the test experience more efficient, it may be necessary to limit the number of players on the test server. . If the server is full when you log in, you’ll be placed into a queue.

The test server will be restarted regularly, according to the following schedule:
First Periphery: 07:00 CEST (05:00 GMT) every EVEN day of the month. Average duration will be around 25 minutes.
Second Periphery: 07:00 CEST (05:00 GMT) every ODD day of the month. Average duration will be around 25 minutes.
Central Database: 8:00 CEST (03:30 GMT) every day. Average duration will be around 2 or 3 minutes.

The test server may be subject to unscheduled restarts and maintenance.

And of course, remember that it is a test server! This means that you may encounter bugs and temporary features. Everything in the test version could change before the final release.

‘Belogorsk-19’ is a new winter map resembling Eastern European landscape. It introduces mostly open spaces, but there are also some buildings and facilities around the map which can be used as cover.
