    Definitely not. Artys are ruined, but still overpowered. They should return us stats from before 8.6 and reduce dmg. After 8.6 i stop playing artys except GW Tiger which is completely stock and i must say to WG censured censured arty haters.

    The Soviet government was paying big attention to defense industry in after war years. Despite that the country's economy was eroded by just recently ended war, they were not sparing money for protection of the country. Various design bureaus were working on designing of new military equipment: airplanes, ships, artillery. Armored Forces were not left aside. Teams of tank design bureaus were actively working on more perfected combat vehicles. Thanks to that, the Soviet armored vehicles preserved leading positions in the World. Medium tanks T-54 and T-55 were created based on the experience of the Great Patriotic War, and they were serving as a standard for foreign designers for a long time.

    My computer weeps at the sight of these videos... it knows it's destined for replacement.

    The short previews look pretty good, I'm sceptical of PR enhancement but given how much better computers are getting and this game is at least a year off it seems possible most of this could actually happen at scale. At the end of the day though all the fancy effects in the world won't save them if they don't innovate on the typical MMO formula... unfortunately none of that was talked about here. If nothing else they seem to be aiming really high though.

    Also I'm not sure if it's been confirmed before but Everquest Next will be Free-to-Play... how free has yet to be answered.

    Key points of interest, Free-to-Play. EverQuest Next and EverQuest Next Landmark are different games but are tied together. EverQuest Next Landmark is slated for a Winter release, EverQuest Next doesn't have a timetable yet. EverQuest Next is the Next EverQuest, it's the end game, the final product. Landmark on the other hand is like EverQuest and Minecraft combined... it's more an experiment but they insist it's still a full fledged MMO.

    Landmark is using the same tools as EQN, SOE will actually be looking for players to help build the EQN world via creations in Landmark. It won't be easy to get your creation in but SOE is hoping all goes well and EQN can turn into "the biggest collaborative development effort in the history of online games."

    Little more on this from around the web on Landmark, apparently Landmark is very very Minecraft like... down to you even build in cubes and then can use tools to smooth and shape stuff further. Each server will be a giant sandbox, pick a server, find some land and stake a claim. Once you claim land it's your home were you can build safe from other players... you can invite friends to help as well.

    You'll have to gather resources and can find pre-built items, tools, recipes and templates across the world which you can bring back to your land and build with. Recipes and templates have to be used on certain types of crafting tables that can be found in what is described as a hub.

    You can sell your creations to others and if good enough even to SOE themselves. Landmark is sandbox, it appears it's setup very close to Minecraft... in it has no story, progress is self made and creation driven.

    Note - some of this might not be confirmed. I'm confident most if not all is legit but fair warning just encase.
