    The armor seals and 4 base armor thing is kinda good because it balances everybody out, but the Life Steal Quin Nerf i don't get. I saw lot of players take Life Steal Quin on LCS then lot of other players copy them so maybe that's the reason. R.I.P Heart of Gold :/
