instead of wit's end take boots, you'll need it trust me and maybe instead of statik take last whisper
That build is not really good,i main Vayne,my build is: Blade of the Ruined king Phantom Dancer/Youmuu's Last Whisper Infinity Edge Banshee's/Guardian Angel/Mercurial Scimitar (of course u get berserker's greaves for boots,u can sell them at the end if u have full build and get a zephyr)

i would suggest you take last whisper instead of wits end, as wits end isnt that good of an item right now. it works on some champions like kayle and ww, but not on everyone. and last whisper should be your 3rd item probably, as buying it any later will cause you to not have damage against tanky champs.
Insted of wits end take boots and maybe in some late game situacions insted of zelphyr take guardian angel. the rest is great!
BOTRK and Youmuu's Ghostblade are crucial for vayne, with that 2 items no1 cant escape u and so hard to catch u, then if enemy have tanks 3rd item take LW i they dont take PD. I sometimes build and Trinity, all depend of game but i think this is best: Berseker's Graves with Furor ench (12% ms on hit) BOTRK Youmuu's Ghostblade LW or some deff items if enemy dont have tanks IE or some deff item if enemy have tanks PD

Am not sure that i think thats CLG's Doublelift, saw that he played with Nien (ex CLG top), and VS all ppl from CRS and C9: voyboy, balls, chaox, najacky ... And i dont think that any1 can play Vayne like he
Doublelift please. He is the best adc in NA, and Vayne is pretty much always banned when playing against him.
