    Not sure what to answer...because Vel'Koz is really hard to lane, but really good in teamfight...
    He has none escape if jungler comes, but if he could he can take a double kill 1v2...you just need skill and fast cast...
    I will say that he is OP in teamfights, but in lane phase you gotta play defensive and poke enemie much as you can...

    The Eye is broken. His damage is unbelievable, even when he doesn't have a lot of AP items. He is hard to master, just like a lot of strong mid laners.
