    Vi is better for me. She is standard champion, with CC. 1v1 she would win because of her good damage and becuase she has 2 spells to cancel Kata's ultimate.

    I dont like kata at all, sure she carry easy, but also she can be made useless with good CC, Vi good engage and solid jungler
