What do you do when someone ks you?

Well, if intentional, I'd rage him and report. But in the back of my mind, There are plenty monsters and players in the world and maybe he needed extra gold or exp. anyway, its a case to case basis.

 

I usually get upset when someone tries to killsteal me, but I try not to scream or even retaliate in chat because that just makes them look more mature than they really are. I simply move on and forget about the mishap and try to redeem whatever that player killstealed by trying again. If the killsteal is really severe, like it's obvious that the person's doing it on purpose every single time, then I might report them if and whenever possible.

It doesn't happen often to me, usually what happens is someone joins the game late and I'm about to take down a boss solo and the player joins in to kill him. It doesn't bother me because he just joined the game, not his fault.
