    I've been playing a YAMAHA MM6 (synthesizer, keyboard) for 6 months but I want to be better at it. I haven't played much in the summer but I'm gonna start playing daily again. I'm self-taught and watch piano videos.

    One thing that's convenient is having GarageBand installed on an Apple device (like an iPhone or an iPad). Then when you're on the go, or on your break time, you can come up with some music. It's a lot better than carrying actual instruments. I think larger displays, like an iPad, work better.
